This client launched an employee stock purchase plan in response to employee interest and to reinforce its newly stated purpose of “helping people live their financial best.” The plan rolled out in three phases to 16 countries, including Australia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, India, New Zealand, Span, the United Kingdom and the United States. Materials were delivered in English, Spanish and French, addressing distinct regulations in certain countries. As a result of the campaign, 11% of eligible employees enrolled in the plan — twice as many employees as anticipated.
